Prince Harry Faces Allegations of Bullying in Charity Scandal

Prince Harry, 40, is facing severe allegations from Dr. Sophie Chandauka, the chairwoman of his co-founded Sentebale charity. Chandauka has accused the Duke of Sussex of “harassment and bullying on a grand scale,” following his resignation from the organization on Tuesday, along with his co-founder Prince Seeiso of Lesotho and all five of the charity’s trustees.

The charity, established by Prince Harry in 2006 to support young people affected by AIDS in southern Africa, has become embroiled in controversy after Harry’s decision to step down. Chandauka, who now leads the charity, claims that Harry “unleashed” his PR team to release damaging news about the charity’s internal disputes without informing her or other senior figures.

Speaking to Sky News, Chandauka said, “The only reason I’m here is because at some point on Tuesday, Prince Harry authorized the release of a damaging piece of news to the outside world without informing me, my country directors, or my executive director.”

The fallout from this public conflict threatens to tarnish Prince Harry’s public image, with Chandauka labeling the royal’s actions as part of a larger effort to “harass and bully” those involved with the charity. The situation has raised questions about the future of Sentebale and the relationship between the Duke and his co-founders.
